This is a role that requires someone who already has a background in Estate Agency Negotiation and can hit the ground running. You will be required to work hard, be driven, motivated with a real passion to succeed. You must be highly organised, computer literate and able to manage your own time effectively. Experience in valuing would be an advantage and an ARLA Qualification is desirable.

We are looking to recruit an ARLA qualified property manager to oversee our current managed portfolio of properties. This position will involve dealing with property maintenance issues, coordinating various certificates and tests, liaising with landlords and tenants with property status, processing invoices, tenancy renewals and various other administration tasks.
Experience in property management not essential but the successful applicant will have a strong background in administration, be good at working in a team and with their own initiative and have meticulous attention to detail. The property manager will serve as the line manager for all other office staff and will report directly to the company directors.
